Further Attractions

Coastlines and the countryside aren't our only attractions. We’ve been at the forefront of exciting new developments in the district, as part of the Exeter and East Devon Enterprise Zone, which includes the new town of Cranbrook (East Devon’s newest town since the Middle Ages), the Science Park, SkyPark Business Park, E.ON Energy and Power Park all in close proximity to Exeter Airport.  We are now beginning work on the development of a second new town and together this programme will help to support the delivery of 20,000 each of new homes and jobs. We are also working to deliver a fabulous town centre for Cranbrook and to decarbonise the district heating networks.
